Global Sales Director

Zenduit inc. is a leading company in the telematics and SaaS industries, seeking an experienced Global Sales Director to drive its global revenue growth and market expansion.
This pivotal role involves leading regional sales teams, developing and executing sales strategies that align with company objectives, fostering collaboration with marketing, and mentoring sales leaders to ensure consistent execution of sales objectives while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing global sales teams within the telematics, SaaS, or related industries, strong leadership and mentorship skills, and expertise in developing and executing sales strategies that align with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Global Sales Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive global sales strategies that align with Zenduit's revenue and market share goals, analyzing market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth in the telematics and SaaS industries.
- Lead Regional Sales Teams: Lead, mentor, and develop regional sales managers (EMEA, LATAM, NA) and their respective teams, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and accountability across the global sales organization.
- Drive Revenue Growth and Accountability: Own the global sales targets and ensure regional teams meet or exceed their revenue goals, implementing processes to track and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Market Research: Partner with the marketing team to design effective ad campaigns and messaging tailored to each region, collaborating on go-to-market research to refine sales strategies and target high-value opportunities.
- Sales Process Optimization: Standardize sales processes and methodologies across all regions to ensure consistency and efficiency, implementing sales enablement tools and training programs to support the sales team's success.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in managing global sales teams within the telematics, SaaS, or related industries.
- Leadership and Mentorship Skills: Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a track record of driving accountability and performance.
- Sales Strategy Development: Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and forecasting.
