Territory Expansion Representative
Vivid Lumen Industries is a dynamic and growing company seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Expansion Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to prospect, build new relationships, and acquire new business. They will be responsible for expanding our presence in the Western USA, primarily through in-person sales calls and virtual meetings.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Traveling up to 50% within your sales territory to sell new business, primarily in BC and Alberta.
  • Conducting phone calls, video calls, and face-to-face meetings to build new relationships and new business.
  • Tracking and reporting weekly on sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline progress using CRM software.
  • Educating customers on the benefits of our products and services.
  • Managing the sales process from initial contact to order completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitors to better understand customer needs.
