We are seeking a skilled Territory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding service expectations while promoting products and fulfilling route management objectives. Through excellent execution, you will achieve volume targets, market share, brand equity, and grow brand distribution with the right brands in the right accounts in your assigned territory.

The Territory spans from West of Edmonton to Jasper.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage territory coverage to ensure excellent execution.
- Plan strategically on a daily, weekly or monthly/quarterly basis, with quota and distribution objectives in mind.
- Build and maintain relationships with ON Premise accounts to drive growth and profitability.
- Conduct product tastings and education sessions to enhance customer engagement.
- Execute sales calls using the company's Structured Call methodology to drive results.
- Analyze competitive activities within the territory and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with supplier representatives and members of management to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve product marketability through shelf management, display position, and frequency.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3 or more years' selling experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods environment.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of Liquor Board Regulations, market trends, and competition.
