Job Title: Executive Chef

Gestion Sarsfield Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Job Summary:
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and cook meals for our guests.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Supervise the ordering and inventory of food and kitchen supplies.
  • Ensure that all kitchen staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Work closely with our management team to ensure that our culinary operations are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:Leadership:
  • Supervise and lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in the kitchen.
Culinary Operations:
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Supervise the preparation and cooking of meals for our guests.
  • Ensure that all kitchen staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
Inventory and Supply Chain:
  • Supervise the ordering and inventory of food and kitchen supplies.
  • Ensure that all kitchen supplies are properly stored and maintained.
Training and Development:
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to kitchen staff to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a chef or in a related culinary role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading a team and developing and implementing menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
