Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at ESSO. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and develop a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee store inventory, merchandise, and visual displays to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store atmosphere, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
  • Store Maintenance: Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and fixtures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
