Retail Store Manager

JOSAN FOOD INC. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train store staff to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assign tasks and duties to staff members to ensure efficient store operations.
- Hire and train new staff members to meet the needs of the store.
- Authorize returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including scheduling and time management.
- Manage cash handling and payroll administration.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliability, dependability, and initiative.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours:The Retail Store Supervisor will work 30 to 35 hours per week.
