Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of 5-10 staff members, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring that the store is adequately staffed at all times.
- Hire and Train Staff: Hire and train new staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Maintain Inventory: Maintain inventory levels, ensuring that the store is always stocked with the necessary products.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights to management.
- Resolve Issues: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Language: English.
