Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at ESSO. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Assign tasks and duties to team members, ensuring that all areas of the store are covered and that customers receive a high level of service.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Authorize payments, manage cash, and oversee payroll administration.
- Order merchandise, manage inventory, and ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Establish work schedules, prepare reports, and resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
