Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train store staff to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assign tasks and duties to staff members to ensure efficient store operations.

- Authorize returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock.

- Manage cash handling and payroll administration.

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.

- Reliability, dependability, and initiative.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours:The Retail Store Supervisor will work 30 to 35 hours per week.
