Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Kooner Transport Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing minutes of meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing minutes of meetings, maintaining office supplies, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including data, statistics, and other information.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Office, and excellent communication skills.
