At Ontario Inc, we are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries. Additionally, the candidate will compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies, and maintain inventory. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role. The working hours will be 32 to 35 hours per week, and the language of work will be English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
