Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Chanian Transport. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about our company.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Perform data entry tasks to support business operations.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.

Working Conditions

  • Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
