Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Kansas Enterprises (Franchises) Ltd. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including supervising other workers, training new employees, and determining office procedures and routines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train other workers to ensure efficient and effective work processes
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain a smooth workflow
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events
- Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely payments
- Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide exceptional customer service
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
Work Environment
- Permanent position
- 40 hours per week
- English language
