About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing office activities, supporting staff, and ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently. This includes managing incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence, scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with data entry, filing, and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage office activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  2. Schedule meetings and appointments, and manage office calendars
  3. Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized
  4. Assist with data entry, filing, and report preparation
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
