We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Lethbridge.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming communications in a professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining accurate records.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, as well as manage office documentation, to ensure easy access to important information.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, utilizing MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role or a similar capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
