Hockey Retention Manager

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as Manager, Retention & Membership. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic retention and membership program for our Hockey vertical.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team to achieve retention and sales targets across the Hockey vertical properties.
- Develop and implement innovative retention programs to drive new business and win back members.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive awareness of our retention and membership program.
- Work with internal departments to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service and value to our membership base.
- Develop and execute a member engagement strategy to drive emotional connections with our members.
- Proven success in customer retention and sales.
- Leadership experience with a focus on people development and culture building.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Operational expertise with a focus on fiscal management and financial planning.
- Ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
