About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Autodesk. As a key member of our Media & Entertainment (M&E) industry team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retention Program Development: Assume ownership of the overall retention program, taking accountability for its implementation and continuous improvement. Utilize customer insights and product usage data to lead the effectiveness and success of our retention plans.
  • Email Campaign Management: Develop, monitor, and increase email campaigns supporting the retention program, leveraging analytical data to inform and optimize campaign strategies.
  • Segmentation and Personalization: Improve segmentation and content personalization strategies to develop retention email campaigns, ensuring targeted and relevant messaging to our customers.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytical data to mine and interpret product usage data, engagement metrics, survey feedback, and community sentiment to inform and implement a data-driven, audience-centric retention program strategy.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Implement and analyze A/B tests, making optimization recommendations for KPIs (Open rate, CTOR, renewal rate) based on performance data.
  • Campaign Brief Development: Draft campaign briefs by collaborating with Product marketing and Audience marketing teams to identify campaign goals, audience outcomes, KPIs, and supporting proof points, and collaborate with agencies to create engaging campaign content.
  • Content Amplification Strategy: Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop a content amplification strategy that communicates product value and gains customer awareness and recognition for all product features.
  • Customer Lifecycle Strategy: Work in collaboration with the Acquisition Campaign Development Manager to develop a cohesive 360 customer lifecycle strategy and support ad hoc Acquisition campaign projects.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing and apply these in the development of M&E campaigns.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Campaign Manager or similar experience.
  • Brief Writing and Agency Collaboration: Experience with brief writing and working with agencies/copywriters.
  • Email Campaign Management and Organic Social Strategy: Experience with email campaign management and organic social strategy (LinkedIn).
  • Adobe Analytics or PowerBI Dashboard: Experience with Adobe Analytics or PowerBI dashboard.
  • Tech Product Experience: Experience working with tech products, SaaS, and cloud technology.
