- Work closely with sales consultants to assist with lease or finance renewals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate with customers through regular phone calls and emails to provide updates on their vehicle's status and offer personalized support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions, providing valuable insights for the sales team and management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer retention and loyalty, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as experience with CRM software.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and its trends.
