Job Summary

Award-winning AWIN Group of Dealerships is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Retention Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the dealership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective customer retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with sales consultants to assist with lease or finance renewals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Communicate with customers through regular phone calls and emails to provide updates on their vehicle's status and offer personalized support.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions, providing valuable insights for the sales team and management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer retention and loyalty, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's License.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as experience with CRM software.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and its trends.
