Multilingual Banking Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Banking Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
About the RoleIn this position, you will be responsible for interacting with customers in their preferred language, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our banking products and services. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in English, French or other languages as required, to provide product information, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of TD's banking products and services, including features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze customer needs, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues from various departments to share knowledge, best practices, and insights to drive business growth.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, French or other languages as required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse communication styles.
- Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Banking Products: Familiarity with banking products and services, including credit cards, loans, mortgages, and investment products.
We offer a competitive salary range of $49,950 - $58,275 CAD annually, based on location and experience. In addition, we provide:
