Customer Service Representative for Banking and Financial Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for Banking and Financial Services. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by answering their questions, resolving their issues, and helping them with their banking and financial needs.
Job SummaryThis is a full-time position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of relevant experience in customer-facing roles. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering legendary customer experiences.

Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze customer needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their financial goals.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Meet and exceed performance objectives, including customer satisfaction scores and productivity targets.
- Bilingualism in English and French (Quebec only)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of relevant experience in customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Digital literacy and proficiency in computer applications
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, bonuses, and opportunities for career growth and development.
