About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer support representative to join our team.



Key Responsibilities:

As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in a timely and professional manner. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet their needs.



Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to meet customer needs and expectations
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and equitable manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service information to provide accurate and informed responses
  • Meet or exceed customer service metrics and performance targets


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English and French
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet customer service standards
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and services
  • Ability to learn and understand complex systems and processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, post-secondary education an asset
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a banking or financial institution
