Strategic Business Intelligence Consultant

Abacus Service Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis, with expertise in requirements gathering, testing, and supporting other business analysis activities.
About the RoleThe Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for providing senior business analyst expertise on tolling and traffic management projects. This includes developing an in-depth knowledge of each project's workstream to aid in current state analysis and subsequent design/development of future state.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct analysis of tolling and traffic management projects business rules and processes
- Develop and implement continuous improvements in business processes
- Map out complex processes, analyze data, and provide recommendations and opportunities
The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and proven ability to multitask and manage multiple project deadlines. They will also have intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, and Visio.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan.
