About the Role

We are offering a highly competitive $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health and retirement benefits. This is a full-time position that can be based in our Dartmouth, NS office or remotely if you prefer.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase product adoption and market share growth
  • Leading market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals to foster a collaborative and innovative culture
  • Developing value-driven pricing strategies and supporting the sales team with marketing tools and product positioning
  • Driving digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and followers across target markets
  • Tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions
  • Ensuring alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements for medical devices
  • Representing the company at industry conferences and collaborating with key stakeholders to elevate the brand's market presence

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • At least 8 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in the healthcare or medical device industry
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams and complex marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, medical technology, and the competitive landscape
  • Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and data-driven decision-making

Preferred Skills

The following skills would be beneficial:

  • Experience in global marketing strategy development
  • Knowledge of the medical devices industry, FDA regulations, and international healthcare markets
