Job Title

A role has become available at ConeTec Investigations as an HR Coordinator. This position involves providing administrative support to our HR department, including tasks such as recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, collecting and screening applicants, advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, contacting potential applicants to arrange interviews, notifying applicants of results of selection process and preparing job offers, determining eligibility to entitlements and arranging staff training, and recruiting and hiring staff.

Responsibilities
  • Determine staffing needs and prepare recruitment materials
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and benefits administration
  • Provide information and services to employees and applicants
  • Screen and select candidates for employment
  • Contact applicants regarding interview arrangements and job offers
  • Determine employee entitlements and provide necessary documentation

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

The estimated salary for this position is $52,500 per year, depending on experience.
