Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled HR Manager to join our team at Ferguson Moving. This position will play a crucial role in sourcing top talent, managing recruitment processes, coordinating training initiatives, and leveraging HR systems to support our company's growth and employee development goals.
About the RoleThis HR Manager position is instrumental in driving our company's success by:
- Collaborating closely with managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies;
- Utilizing various sourcing methods (online job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract and engage qualified candidates;
- Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating assessments with hiring teams;
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding;
- Partnering with department heads to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives;
- Coordinating online training systems; and
- Evaluating training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance metrics.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Training Coordinator, preferably in the logistics, transportation, or service industries;
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing strategies and candidate assessment techniques; and
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs is highly desirable.
