SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 to $110,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and resourceful Senior Consultant to develop and implement an HR and Recruitment plan to support our business growth initiative. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our cross-functional team to apply strategic, analytical, and innovative thinking to drive the success of our project.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7 years' progressive experience working as a human resources consultant or management/strategy consultant with experience in human capital or talent engagements.
- Advanced understanding of training and development, recruiting, sourcing, and human resources strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as planning, organizational, and time management skills to effectively balance stakeholder interests.
- Experience with formal business communications and reporting to senior leadership.
