  • As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling ADP's leading solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits, to new and existing clients in person and using virtual technology.
  • You will serve as a consultative business partner, introducing ADP's solutions to Chief Financial Officers, Human Resources and Payroll Administrators, Small Business Owners, and more.
  • Your key responsibilities will include:
    • Implementing a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
    • Providing expert guidance and using your entrepreneurial spirit to build your book of business.
    • Cultivating additional business within existing accounts and making life-long friendships along the way.
  • To succeed in this role, you will need:
    • A proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
    • A positive and persistent style, with the ability to cold call, manage your time well, and present your ideas in a clear professional manner.
    • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your assigned geography.
