A highly organized and efficient individual is required to join our team at Aarav Consulting Inc. as an Administrative Co-ordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities. Additionally, you will be required to administer policies and procedures related to the release of records, co-ordinate and plan for office services, and assist in the preparation of operating budgets.

As an Administrative Co-ordinator, you will work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating office administrative procedures. You will have a large workload and be required to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. To be successful in this role, you must possess efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be flexible and organized.

The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role and a high school graduation certificate. You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week and be willing to travel. You must be proficient in MS Office and have excellent computer and technology skills.
