As an Administrative Assistant at AMAN TRAVEL INC., you will play a crucial role in supporting our team with administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our events. Your key responsibilities will include arranging and co-ordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as training other workers and recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
Key Tasks
- Event Planning: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring that all logistical details are taken care of.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to other workers, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, ensuring that all key decisions and actions are accurately documented.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring that all meetings and events run smoothly and on time.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to enquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
