Job Title: Administrative Co-ordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Co-ordinator to join our team at J B TRANSPORT. As an Administrative Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
  • Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 35 hours per week.
