A challenging opportunity has arisen for a highly organized and detail-oriented Co-ordinator, Office Services to join our team at Aarav Consulting Inc.
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Co-ordinator, Office Services to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software
