Co-ordinator of Events and Administration

Safety Plus is seeking a skilled Co-ordinator of Events and Administration to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include arranging seminars, conferences, and other events, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies, performing data entry, and utilizing MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Google Drive.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Perform data entry
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Organized and accurate with tight deadlines
