As a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager at Sihle Insurance Group Inc, you will serve as a primary contact to clients, carriers, and producers for service needs. Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Serving as a primary contact to clients, carriers, and producers for service needs;
  • Completing and submitting applications, ensuring timely receipt of quotes and policies;
  • Preparing pre-renewal summaries of insurance, proposals, invoices, binders, certificates, ID cards, policies, endorsements, and other related items;
  • Reviewing client contracts and endorsing policies to meet requirements if needed;
  • Processing renewals, reviewing audits of policies, verifying accuracy, and facilitating corrections if needed;
  • Verifying policy and policy change information, facilitating corrections when necessary;
  • Documenting all activity, phone calls, emails, and correspondence in the Applied Epic system;
  • Daily follow-up on un-routed attachments, open activities, and other EPIC tasks;
  • Addressing incoming mail, email, fax, and phone requests;
  • Assisting with other tasks necessary.

Sihle Insurance Group Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Bilingualism is a plus, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Knowledge of insurance products and their application to business, as well as knowledge of insurance markets, is required. The candidate should maintain a cordial and professional relationship and have a strong service focus.
