The Client Administration position plays a vital role in our firm’s ability to provide excellent client service in a timely manner while maintaining the highest standards of quality in an environment that encourages a strong sense of team, respect for each other, and a fair balance between work and life outside of work.

While we all have many responsibilities, the individual selected to fill this role will be primarily responsible for:

- Preparing, editing and proofreading various documents including financial statements, tax returns, forms, correspondence, etc.
- Handling routine inquiries from clients and referring more complex matters to appropriate team members as required
- Assisting with routine assignments or special projects as required
What you will bring to the role:

- Experience in a client service role, preferably in a professional services setting
- Proven time management and proofreading skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Strong sense of confidentiality and professional acumen
Experience in the following areas would be a plus:

- Bookkeeping
- CRA filings
- Preparation of T1, T2, T3, T4, T5 and HST returns
- Working knowledge of Sage 50 (Simply Accounting), Quickbooks, Cantax, Caseware

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
