Technical Analyst

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

The position is required to work rotating shifts, some weekends, and evenings.

**CORE OBJECTIVES**

1. Support store teammates with a variety of computer, network, and telephony issues.

2. Maintain accurate support tickets by including all pertinent information after each contact and action.

3. Participate in project work supporting customer facing and store facing business technology.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
**1. Help Desk Support**
- Follow up with teammates to provide effective updates and set appropriate expectations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of incident and problem tickets.
- Escalate unresolved issues when required with an effective handoff of information.

**2. Projects**
- Support other teams within Technology and other business units on projects as required.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- College degree completed or in progress, or equivalent experience.

**EXPERIENCE**
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

**Required: Must be located in Canada**

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
