Position,

Responsibilities,

Obtain and review drawings and specifications in order to provide quotations to existing and potential customers.

Prepare tender submissions after carefully reviewing and analyzing tender document packages.

Communicate with General Contractor estimators and project coordinators to foster relationships and provide timely responses to RFQ's.

Communicate with owners, architects, and engineers to confirm specifications, foster relationships, and encourage repeat business.

Attend learning seminars to continually develop product knowledge.

Compile and submit required documentation upon successful tenders being awarded.

Procure necessary professional services and materials for awarded tenders.

Co-ordinate construction scheduling to meet required milestone events.

Provide project support to on-site construction personnel.

Continually monitor bid-site to identify growth opportunities

Identify quoting opportunities including projects in the Residential, ICI, and Heavy Construction sectors.

Attend relevant industries events to foster relationships and remain current on new industry developments.
