About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Kuehne+Nagel. As a key member of our Sea Logistics team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Care and Satisfaction: Provide proactive advice and consultancy to customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Operational Support: Collaborate with our Operational Care Centre (OCC) to ensure seamless operations execution and customer information is accurately transferred.
  3. Shipping Solutions: Understand standard shipping requirements and offer best solutions to customers, adapting quickly to changes that may affect shipping patterns.
  4. Quote Facilitation: Efficiently facilitate customers' ability to obtain quotes for various business modes that best fit their shipment needs.
  5. Information Provision: Provide timely and relevant information to customers to help them adjust their planning, budgets, and mitigate risks.
Requirements
  1. At least 2 years of experience in Sea Logistics Imports and Freight Forwarding.
  2. Bilingual in French and English is required.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
