Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist

Your Role

As a Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing proactive advice and consultancy to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Promoting proactive and consistent engagement with our Operational Care Centre (OCC) to ensure seamless operations execution
  • Understanding standard shipping requirements and offering best solutions to adapt to changing shipping patterns
  • Facilitating customers' ability to obtain quotes for various business modes
  • Providing timely and relevant information to impact customers' business and mitigate risk
Your Skills and Experiences

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Sea Logistics Imports and Freight Forwarding
  • Bilingualism in French and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
