- Quote Facilitation: Efficiently facilitate customers' ability to obtain quotes for various business modes that best fit their shipment needs.
- Information Provision: Serve as a resource for timely and relevant information that may impact customers' business, enabling them to adjust planning and budgets to mitigate risk.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sea Logistics Imports and Freight Forwarding.
- Bilingual in French and English is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
