Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at ProPlus Tax & Bookkeeping Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including coordinating office services, managing inventory and budgetary controls, and assembling data for reports and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Perform data entry
  • Train staff
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Basic security clearance
