Hegzgroup Inc. is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Providing administrative support to the team, including opening and distributing mail, scheduling appointments and maintaining information filing systems.
  • Assisting with HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences.
  • Answering telephone calls, emails and providing customer service.
  • Maintaining office supplies and ordering as needed.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Developing and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Preparing and proofreading correspondence, forms and other documents.
  • Providing general administrative support as needed.


Requirements:


  • 1 year to less than 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week.
  • Free parking available.
  • Permanent position.
  • Fluency in English.
