Equest Administrative Specialist

As an Equest Administrative Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Motor Vehicle Registry Services by providing day-to-day reception and administrative support. This includes assessing registry-related documentation, ordering inventory, preparing deposits, and managing daily communication.
Key Skills:
To succeed in this role, you will need to be efficient with a keen eye for detail to ensure high levels of accuracy. You will also be a task master with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Additionally, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will always think customer first, responding to internal/external clients in a timely and professional manner.
