Executive Chef

At Finkle Street Tap & Grill, we are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
Responsibilities:
* Estimate and manage food costs, inventory, and supplies
* Supervise and train kitchen staff, including sous chefs, specialist chefs, and cooks
* Develop and implement new recipes and menus to meet customer demands
* Ensure high-quality food presentation and presentation
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in a senior culinary role
* Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate
* Strong leadership and communication skills
