Executive Chef

Finkle Street Tap & Grill is seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate and manage food costs, inventory, and supplies
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks and specialist chefs
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
- Ensure that all food safety and handling procedures are followed
- Collaborate with our management team to plan and execute special events and menu promotions
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
- Safe Food Handling certificate
- Food Safety Certificate
Working Conditions:

- Physically demanding, with frequent standing and lifting
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
