Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario INC. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and service of food to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Hire and manage food service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
- 3-4 years of experience in food service management, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, with the ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
