Job Title: Executive Chef - Restaurant ManagementOverview

Mary Brown's Chicken is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food is served to our customers.

Salary Range:

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that meet customer demand and exceed expectations
  • Schedule and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Maintain inventory and ordering systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Monitor and control food costs to achieve targets
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Proven track record of menu development and implementation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
