Executive Client Support Specialist

About the Role:
This position is an excellent opportunity for an individual to provide exceptional client support and administrative assistance in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with clients to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Assist Advisors with client onboarding, including preparing and executing documentation
- Manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and other internal and external partners
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings
- Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of all necessary documentation
Requirements:
- Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service
- Exceptional verbal and written communication in English
- Aptitude to build quality relationships
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH)
