Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with clients to build rapport and maintain relationships
  • Assist Advisors with client onboarding, including preparing and executing documentation
  • Manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and other internal and external partners
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings
  • Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of all necessary documentation

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication in English
  • Aptitude to build quality relationships
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH)

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $62,500
