About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrator to utilize their expertise in providing high-level support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask with ease, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

The Executive Support Professional will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence;
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing agendas, and taking minutes;
  • Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and databases;
  • Coordinating events, conferences, and other activities as required;
  • Performing data entry, creating reports, and analyzing data to inform business decisions;
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors;
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent;
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a similar industry;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity. You will be expected to:

  • Work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Use computer software and equipment regularly;
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors via phone, email, or in-person;
  • Travel occasionally, as required, to attend meetings or events;
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards;
Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
