About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrative professional to support our office operations. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication and Correspondence: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle office correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Schedule meetings and appointments, manage office calendars, and ensure seamless coordination with team members.
  • Data Entry and Administration: Assist with data entry, filing, and document management, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Office Operations: Help with ordering office supplies, maintaining an organized workspace, and contributing to a productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with excellent communication and time-management abilities.
