Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-on-one support to clients with various needs, including those with intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health disabilities, and physical disabilities.
- This includes assisting clients with daily living tasks, accompanying them to appointments and social outings, and facilitating their participation in recreational activities.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and excellent time management skills.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent;
- Previous experience working in a care-related field, preferably with individuals with intellectual, learning, mental health, or physical disabilities;
- Developmental services worker (DSW) Training, Mandt System training, First Aid Certificate, and CPR Certificate; and
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
- A competitive salary range of $28-$35 per hour, based on your level of experience and qualifications;
- Mileage reimbursement and free parking available;
