Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-on-one support to clients with various needs, including those with intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health disabilities, and physical disabilities.

  • This includes assisting clients with daily living tasks, accompanying them to appointments and social outings, and facilitating their participation in recreational activities.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and excellent time management skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent;
  • Previous experience working in a care-related field, preferably with individuals with intellectual, learning, mental health, or physical disabilities;
  • Developmental services worker (DSW) Training, Mandt System training, First Aid Certificate, and CPR Certificate; and
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
